Siddhi
Siddhis (सिद्धि | siddhi) are eight divine powers that remain in service of God and God-realized saints, enabling supernatural feats.
What It Means
Through advanced practice of Yogmarg, a limited manifestation of these powers may be bestowed upon accomplished yogis.
Eight Siddhis
- Aṇimā — to become smaller than the smallest
- Laghimā — to become lighter than the lightest
- Mahimā — to become greater or heavier than the greatest
- Prāpti — to obtain anything from anywhere
- Īśitva — to influence or control the material world
- Vaśitva — to control beings or forces
- Prākāmya — to fulfill desires
- Kāmāvasāyitā — to fulfill resolutions instantly
